Yoga Class

Thanks to Judy’s Bubbles the Academic 
Troubadour program was able to host
Jen Davis.  Jen worked with students 
on animal stretching and belly  breathing. 
 The animal poses and breathing techniques 
the students learned help calm anxious feelings 
and nervousness.  The students and teachers 
enjoyed the session and left feeling calm.  This 
class was such a success that the Hospital School 
will have Jen come back once a month
 for more classes.
